TERMINATION / ACCESSRESTRICTION
Our Beauty Referral Network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Our Beauty Referral Network website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia , and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Vancouver BC. in all disputes arising outof or relating to the use of the Our Beauty Referral Network website. Use ofthe Our Beauty Referral Network website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions,including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture,partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Our Beauty Referral Network and Our Business independent Affiliates or members as a result of this agreement or use of the Our Beauty referral Network website. OurBeauty Referral Network' performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Our Beauty Referral Network' right to comply with the Canadian Government. Our Beauty Referral Network website or information provided to or gathered by Our Beauty Referral Network with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. TAXES IN CANADA
Memberships within Canada are charged applicable GST as per provincial laws.As per government regulations, taxes are due as purchases of Memberships and services are made.Membership contributions are considered purchases. Taxes are also due on services, including the annual renewal. Our Beauty Referral Network collects and remits applicable taxes for purchases made from Our Beauty Referral Network members as required by law. Tax rates on purchases are based on the Our Beauty Referral Network members address. Taxes will be charged to the credit card on file. It is the responsibility of the Our Beauty Referral Network members to be informed as to the tax laws regarding sales tax charges with respect to their area of residence.T4A will be issued fo Canadian Members who earn more than $100.00 CAD in the previous fiscal year.
1. MembershipOverview
1.1 Types of Membership
Monthly Membership: A VIP Business/ Student membership subscription billed on a monthly basis.( ** One time Affiliate bonuses are only paid out on memberships paid in full at the time of enrollment)
Annual Membership: A VIP Business/Student membership subscription billed on a yearly basis. ( ** One time Affiliate bonuses are only paid out on memberships paid in full at the time of enrollment)
Affiliate Customer Membership: allows a customer to earn referrals sending new customers to enrolled businesses
1.2 MembershipBenefits: Members gain access to our exclusive beauty and health referral network, including referral services, promotions, and other perks as outlined on our website or promotional materials.
2.2 PaymentMethod: Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or other methods specified during registration. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fee to your chosen payment method. By Enrolling you agree to the monthly charges of $17.99 per month
2.3 Auto-Renewal: Memberships will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled in accordance with Section 4. Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method on file.
2.4 PromotionalOffers: Any promotional discounts apply only to the initial billing cycle, unless otherwise stated.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 NoRefunds: Membership fees are non-refundable past the 10 day cooling period , including partial months or unused portions of an annual membership.
3.2 ExceptionalCircumstances: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for billing errors or extenuating circumstances. Requests must be submitted via Support ticket in the back office or in writing to [info@ourbeautyreferralnetwork.com].
4. Cancellation andTermination
4.1 Member-InitiatedCancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by logging into their account and following the cancellation process or by contacting customer support at [insert contact information].
4.2 EffectiveDate of Cancellation: For Monthly Memberships: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. For Annual Memberships: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds will be provided. Unless cancelled within the 10 day period.
4.3 Terminationby Us: We reserve the right to terminate your membership for violation of these terms or any misuse of our services. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Changes toMembership Fees and Terms5.1 FeeAdjustments: We reserve the right to adjust membership fees. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.5.2 Amendmentsto Terms: These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. MemberResponsibilities6.1 AccountInformation: Members must ensure their account and payment information is accurate and up to date.6.2 Compliance: Members must use the referral network in accordance with our guidelines and refrain from any misuse or fraudulent activity.

Limitation ofLiability7.1 NoGuarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality referral services, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from membership.7.2 LiabilityCap: Our liability for any claims arising from your membership is limited to the amount of membership fees paid by you within the preceding 12 months.7.3 ServiceProvider Liability Insurance Requirements: All Beauty and Health service providers listed on the referral network are required to maintain valid liability insurance coverage. Our Beauty and Lifestyle Referral Network assumes no responsibility for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from services rendered by providers. Members are encouraged to verify the insurance status of any provider before engaging their services.
